30 Day Return Policy - No Restocking Fee

No Hassle Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, but to be honest, we're quite flexible. By that we mean we never refuse any reasonable request to return a product. For returning an item under warranty, please refer to our warranty info page. The only requirements for returning unwanted merchandise are the following:

1. Unused. The items being returned cannot have been used or installed and must be in the same condition as received.

2. Everything. The packaging, the instructions, the zip-ties, anything and everything sent to you in the first place must be returned.

Refunds vs Exchanges

We treat all returns the same; all returns will be refunded. If you'd like to exchange a product, all you need to do is return your original purchase to us (which will be refunded) and place a new order for the correct product you'd like to receive.

Zero Restocking Fees

The full price of the item being returned will be refunded to you, minus shipping charges. Note that if your order initially qualified for free shipping by having a subtotal greater than $198, but no longer qualifies for free shipping after processing the refund, a shipping fee of $13.95 will be deducted from the refund.
