A bit of legal stuff...

1. Pricing

Orders shipped within canada are subject to applicable sales taxes. All orders shipped outside of canada will not be charged any taxes, however please note that local taxes and customs duty may apply. CanadaBicycleParts has no control over these fees which are applied by the border services of the receiving country. The purchaser agrees to pay these fees if they are charged.

While we do our absolute best to keep prices up to date and accurate, it may happen that a pricing error slips by us. If this is the case we will contact you before shipping your order. We reserve the right to cancel ordered items which were purchased at an innacurate price.

2. Stock Levels

The stock levels of the items on CanadaBicycleParts are regularly updated. We will contact you in the event that an item is erroneously marked as In Stock but is actually not available to ship. You may choose to cancel the item, order a substitute product or simply wait for the product to become available again.

3. Backordered Items

Stock is always coming in and out of CanadaBicycleParts and as such we allow customers to place orders of items that are backordered. Placing an order for an item marked as backordered effectively reserves the quantity of items you've ordered from our next shipment. We will contact you with an estimate date of arrival if the backordered items are not expected within 10 days of placing your order.

4. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to provide accurate information on the products we sell. However, in the event that you receive a product that is not as described, please contact us and we will be happy to fix the situation.
