They can attend your warranty case directly with you and are much more efficient at doing so without us as a middleman. I need to make a warranty claim; where do I start?

As authorized retailers, we facilitate the warranty claim procedure. Different manufacturers handle warranty cases differently. For some brands, you will be asked to return the item to us, and we will handle the warranty claim on behalf of the manufacturer. Other brands require you to contact them directly for warranty cases.
