I wish to return an item under warranty

All items purchased from CanadaBicycleParts are fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As a reminder, these warranties generally cover manufacturing defects, faulty items or poor workmanship. Warranties never cover for non-inteded use, accidents, crashes or damage resulting from incorrect installation.

If you need to return an item covered under warranty, simply get in touch with us via our Contact Form and we will authorize your return and provide you with the information needed. Your returned product will be thoroughly inspected by our technical team, and hopefully we can send you a replacement or repaired unit as quickly as possible.
