E13 newest LG1 Race crankset uses the exact same carbon layup and hardware for both 73mm and 83mm spindle options, with the only difference between the two being spindle length. There is no difference in strength between 73mm LG1r (LG1r EN) and 83mm LG1r (LG1r DH). This crankset is the lightest production DH crankset on the market, a title previously touted by Race Face’s SixC DH crankset at 525 grams (w/32T DM ring). Our LG1 Race DH crankset with 32T SL ring is 38 grams lighter at 487 grams and has passed all EN testing.
LG1 Race cranks also see the spindle moved to the non-drive-side arm for easier chainline adjustment, chainguide setup, and chainring swapping. The inclusion of a Self-Extractor in the drive-side arm eliminates the need for any extra or proprietary tools.
