Shipping Within Canada
All orders are shipped from Montreal and therefore are in no way subject to unexpected fees (such as duties or brokerage). Orders are dispatched via Canada Post in 1 to 4 days with more than 80% of orders shipping in 2 days or less. Please contact us if you need an express shipping service or have any special requests regarding delivery.
In-Store Pick Up
In-store pick up is not offered at this time. All orders will be processed and shipped to the shipping address specified during checkout.
Shipping to the USA
A flat rate shipping of $29.99 is offered for orders being shipped to the USA. The shipping fee charged will be confirmed and validated prior to processing the order, and you will be contacted with an exact shipping quote should the $29.99 flat rate fee not cover the actual cost of shipping. For the majority of orders containing small sized items such as typical components or accessories, this shipping amount will be sufficient. Orders for wheels, forks, tool kits, repair stands, travel bags, and any other large items are likely to be subjected to a shipping fee update. Rest assured that your order will not be processed until you've approved of any additional charges related to shipping.
