Returns & Exchanges

Zero Hassle Return Policy

So your new gear isn't quite meeting your expectations, or maybe you just ordered the wrong item? No problem - you are welcome to return your gear to us within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to be eligible for return, your gear must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in the as received condition (ie. unused and uninstalled).
  • Include all tags, documentation and undamaged original packaging.

Do not use the manufacturer's packaging as shipping box when returning your gear. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds for returned items not meeting the above conditions.

Returns that meet the above criteria are processed without restocking fee, however, if your order initially qualified for free shipping, but upon returning your gear no longer qualifies, the value for the shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchanges

There are two ways to process an exchange, and both methods begin with you placing a new order for the replacement product you wish to receive:

  • Fast Track Exchange

  • If you want to receive the new product asap, your new order will be processed right away and ship out before we even receive the returned product. Your credit card will be charged for your new order, and the refund for the returned product will be processed independently as soon as we receive it.

  • Standard Exchange

  • Alternatively, you can send the unwanted product back to us and your new order will only be dispatched once we receive the returned package. Only the price difference will be charged (or refunded) to your credit card.

Sale Items

Products on sale with a discount of 20% or more are clearout items and are final sale. These products cannot be returned for refund or exchange. We invite you to consider advertising this products locally (for example on Kijiji) to sell it.

Special Orders

Special orders involve products that we do not stock and that are sourced specifically upon your request. Products of special orders cannot be returned nor exchanged. Special orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Initiate a return
